New learner
First-time application for 2027, for a child who is not currently attending JENS Primary School.
Application fee: R300
Please note: the R300 application fee forms part of the application process. JENS Primary School will only process the application once the required application information and documents have been received and proof of payment has been submitted.
Paying the R300 application fee does not mean that the learner has been accepted.
Returning JENS learner
My child already attends JENS Primary School and will return in 2027.
Returning learner fee: R150
The R150 returning learner fee forms part of confirming your child’s return to JENS Primary School for 2027. It is a much shorter form — you only tell us what has changed.
The R2 350 place confirmation payment
To secure your child’s place at JENS for 2027, a non-refundable payment of R2 350 must be received by 31 October 2026. This is not an additional fee. The full R2 350 will be credited towards your child’s January 2027 school fees. Your child’s place for 2027 will only be regarded as secured once this payment has been received and confirmed by JENS.
It is separate from the R300 new learner application fee and the R150 returning learner confirmation fee.
